Cookies and Meta Pixel

We use Meta Pixel to measure website activity, understand advertising results and reach relevant audiences on Facebook and Instagram.

Depending on its configuration, Meta Pixel may send Meta information about pages viewed, shopping actions and device or browser identifiers. Meta handles information it receives under its own privacy policy.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and review advertising preferences through your Meta account. These controls may limit certain uses of information but do not necessarily stop all collection.

AI-Assisted Customer Support

We use an AI shopping assistant to help answer questions and assist with orders. Messages and details you provide may be processed by our connected support services and reviewed by our team when needed.

Please share only information relevant to your enquiry or order. You may request assistance from a team member.

Information Retention and Security

We aim to retain personal information only as long as needed for orders, customer support, necessary records and applicable legal obligations.

We take reasonable steps to protect customer information. However, no online service or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

Your Privacy Choices

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal requirements, transactions or unresolved disputes.

If you receive promotional messages from us, you can ask us to stop sending them. Necessary communications about an active order may still continue.
